  13. 1 lata (800 gramos) tomate triturado
  14. 1/2 cubilete vino blanco
  15. 1 cucharadita sal

Puedes hacer hasta 1 kilo de carne picada, añadiéndole 1 huevo mas y 2 cucharadas de pan rallado mas. Reparte las albóndigas en el recipiente varoma y bandeja. Puedes acompañar las albóndigas con arroz blanco, pasta, patatas fritas, etc….
