  2. Añadimos al vaso: los huevos, la leche, el pan en trozos, el brandy y la pimienta. Mezclamos 20 segundos a velocidad 6.
  3. Añadimos el jamón y volvemos a mezclar 4 segundos a velocidad 4.
  4. Vertemos la mezcla en un molde engrasado, que podremos dentro del varoma. Taparemos con papel de cocina y después con la tapa del varoma.
  5. Aclaramos el vaso y añadimos el agua. Con el varoma colocado, cocinamos 35-40 min a temperatura varoma y velocidad 1. SIN THERMOMIX: Precalentamos el horno a 200ºC y colocamos el molde al baño maría unos 40 minutos.
  6. Una vez frío, desmoldamos. ¡Y listo!
