  1. Primero hacemos la masa madre poniendo en el vaso de la thermomix la leche,levadura,azúcar y harina y mezclamos 15 segundo velocidad 4 retiramos y formamos una bola sobre la encimera.
  2. Ponemos la bola de masa en un bol y cubrimos con agua templada,cuando la bola se masa flote y haya doblado su volumen estará lista (aproximadamente 15 minutos)
  3. Mientras tanto forramos 2 bandejas de horno con papel de hornear y reservamos.
  4. Cuando la masa madre esté lista ponemos en el vaso el azúcar,la piel de limón,la piel de naranja y trituramos 20 segundos velocidad 10 con la espátula bajamos el azúcar al fondo del vaso.
  5. Añadimos la leche,la mantequilla,los huevos,la levadura,el agua de azahar,la harina,la sal y la bola de masa madre y mezclamos 30 segundo velocidad 6 y amasamos 3 minutos velocidad espiga.
  6. Dejamos reposar dentro del vaso hasta que la masa salga por la abertura(aproximadamente 1 hora y media).
  7. Bajamos la masa hacia el fondo del vaso con la espátula y volvemos a amasar 1 minuto velocidad espiga.
  8. Retiramos la masa que estará blandita sobre la encimera enharinada,damos forma de bola y alisamos con las manos.
  9. Dividimos en 12 porciones de aproximadamente 100 gr. cada una y les damos forma de bola.
  10. Formamos los roscones introduciendo los dedos en el centro y abriendo la masa de manera que quede un agujero de aproximadamente 4 cm.
  11. Los colocamos en las bandejas que teníamos preparadas.
  12. Pintamos con el huevo batido con cuidado y decoramos con frutas,almendras laminadas y azúcar humedecido.Dejamos reposar hasta que doblen su volumen.
  13. Precalentamos el horno a 200º
  14. Horneamos cada bandeja durante 10 minutos a 200º.
  15. Dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla.
  16. Podemos rellenarlos como nos apetezca,nata,crema pastelera,nocilla,cabello de ángel etc….
  17. Si los quieres congelar una vez estén fríos,los pones en una bolsa y al congelador.Con sacarlos una hora antes es suficiente. A los niños les va a encantar.
