  3. Colocar la mariposa. Añadir la carne, el vino, el agua (opcional), la pastilla de caldo y la pimienta. Cocinar sin cubilete poniendo el cestillo 10’/Varoma/↩️/Vel.🥄
  4. Añadir el tomate, la hoja de laurel y sal. Cocinar sin cubilete poniendo el cestillo 40’/Varoma/↩️/Vel.🥄.
  5. Comprobar que la carne está tierna, en caso necesario programar 5-10 minutos más. No he puesto azúcar porque yo no le pongo a la salsa de tomate, pero si tenéis costumbre de ponerlo, eso queda al gusto.
