  7. Pon el pan rallado en una fuente alta. Procede a formar las croquetas de la forma que sea más práctica para ti, con dos cucharas, con manga pastelera, croquetero, etc… Reboza primero las croquetas en pan rallado, luego pásalas por el huevo y finalmente nuevamente por el pan rallado. Fríe en abundante aceite caliente y deja escurrir en papel absorbente y a comer !!!!
  8. Nota : Si utilizas setas secas, tendrás que hidratarlas al menos 30 minutos antes de cocinar las croquetas. La cantidad que debes utilizar de estas setas es aproximadamente 30 gramos. También puedes utilizar setas congeladas.
