- Retiramos la masa del vaso, y vamos vertiendo muy poquito (1 cm.), en moldes yo utilizo flaneras, ponemos por encima, semillas de sésamo y dejamos en la nevera 1 hora reposando.
- Colocamos los moldes en una bandejas de horno y horneamos a 180-200ºC, unos 15-20 minutos o hasta que estén tostados.
- Cuando esten frios golpeamos el bajo del molde y volcamos teniendo cuidado para no romper y que caiga el mantecado. Retiramos a una fuente y espolvoreamos con abundante azúcar glass.(yo esta vez no les eche).
