  4. Acabado el tiempo pondremos la masa en un bol engrasado, taparemos y dejar levar hasta que doble volumen.
  5. Una vez doblado el volumen desgasificaremos sobre la encimera. Dejaremos unos minutos para que la masa se relaje y nos sea más fácil estirarla. Ahora extenderemos la carne y el queso. Enrollaremos con cuidado apretando un poco el relleno para que no se salga. Cortaremos con cuidado que no se deformen, en rodajas de un dedo de grosor, lo iremos colocando en una bandeja separados entre sí. Y lo espolvorearemos con orégano y lo taparemos mientras se precalienta el horno
  6. Lo precalentaremos a 220° durante 20 min y hornearenos durante 18 min aprox. Se pueden comer tanto fríos como calientes y si nos sobran se pueden congelar para otras meriendas
