  9. En un bol poner las claras con una pizca de sal y montar a punto de nieve.
  10. Incorporarlas al chocolate con movimientos envolventes y mezclar bien
  11. Colocar encima de la panna cotta ya refrigerada para que no se mezcle, dejar enfriar unas 3 horas.
