- Añadimos la salsa de tomate a donde teníamos las albóndigas reservandose, y en la sartén donde hicimos la salsa de tomate echamos un vaso de agua, removemos y así recogeremos de esta forma cualquier resto de salsa y lo añadimos a la sartén grande junto con las albóndigas y salsa de tomate, queremos que se cubra, ai hace falta añadir más agua pues añadir
- Añadimos un sobre de azafrán, Mezclamos todo bien, ponemos la tapa y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio 30 minutos
- Pasado ese tiempo retiramos la tapa, rectificamos de sal y dejar cocinar hasta que espese un poco la salsa y ya estaría listo
