- 4 latas atún al natural
- 2 lomos salmón fresco

- En primer lugar hacemos el sofrito (yo pongo uno congelado, pero basta con poner bien picada la 1/2 cebolla y los 150 gramos de pimiento rojo y de pimiento verde). Ponemos las 4 latas de atún escurridas y los lomos de salmón. Agregamos el calabacín cortado en dados (lo pongo lo último para que no se cocine tanto y no quede muy blando)
- Agregamos la leche evaporada. Salpimentamos al gusto y agregamos 1/2 cucharadita de eneldo. Dejamos que hierva la leche a fuego medio y removiendo de vez en cuando hasta que quede una mezcla espesa (unos 10 minutos).
- En este punto deberíamos de empezar a hacer la bechamel. Yo la hice con la Thermomix para ahorrar tiempo. Si se hace a mano tendríamos que poner en una sartén antiadherente la mantequilla hasta que funda. Agregamos la harina y con unas varillas removemos. Damos vueltas un minutito para que la harina pierda el sabor a crudo y agregamos la leche poco a poco (mejor caliente) mientras vamos dando vueltas. Cuando esté toda la leche y no haya grumos, agregamos un poco de sal, pimienta y nuez moscada
- Empezamos a montar. Mis placas de lasaña no necesitaban cocción previa, así que puse una capa de bechamel muy fina, a continuación una capa de pasta y después el relleno. Otra vez pasta, relleno, pasta, bechamel, pasta y la última capa de bechamel.
- Ponemos el queso rallado encima. Yo le he echado también un poco de queso untar de cabra. Y metemos al horno a 200° unos 30 minutos.
