  1. Echamos en una olla el caldo de pollo, media cebolla partida por la mitad, sal, 3 rodajas de jengibre fresco, 15 ml de salsa de soja y un diente de ajo pelado. Dejamos cocinar durante 20 minutos sin que llegue a hervir
  2. Preparamos el relleno. Para ello necesitaremos la parte verde de la cebolleta y lo mezclamos con la carne picada de cerdo. Añadimos una cucharada de postre de maicena, esto hará que absorba los jugos y no nos quede el relleno aguado. Añadimos medio ajo picado, jengibre fresco rallado al gusto, 15 ml de salsa de soja y 7 ml de aceite de sésamo. Salpimentamos al gusto y mezclamos todo bien.
  3. Preparamos los wonton. Pintamos con la yema del dedo y un poco de agua todos los lados de las obleas de wonton. Colocamos un poco de relleno en el centro y cerramos en forma de triángulo. Humedecemos una punta y juntamos las dos puntas. Vamos rellenando todos los wonton, con esta cantidad de relleno me han salido 26 unidades. Cocinamos los wonton en abundante agua hirviendo durante 6 minutos. Echamos 5-6 unidades cada tanda.
  4. Pasado el tiempo de cocción los sacamos en agua fría y seguimos con otra tanda, así hasta acabar con todos. Después de 1 minuto en agua fría los retiramos a un plato para que escurran el agua.
  5. Colamos el caldo. Echamos 6 o 7 wonton por persona en un bol o plato hondo. Cubrimos con el caldo bien caliente. Y decoramos con un poco de la parte verde de la cebolleta picada.
