  3. Añadimos los huevos y programamos 1 minutos a velocidad 4.

    Incorporamos el aceite y mezclamos 5 segundos a velocidad 4.

    Por último, los ingredientes secos, la harina, la levadura, la pizca de sal y la canela en polvo. Mezclamos durante 10 segundos a velocidad 5.
  4. Sin Thermomix:
  5. Ponemos en un bol grande el azúcar y los huevos y mezclamos bien. Añadimos la ralladura de una naranja.

    Rallamos (o picamos) el calabacín y lo incorporamos a la mezcla anterior.

    Añadimos el aceite hasta que se integre bien con unas varillas.

    Finalmente los ingrediente secos, la harina, la levadura, la pizca de sal y la canela en polvo. Mezclamos todos bien hasta conseguir una masa homogénea.
  6. Tendremos el horno precalentado a 180º C.

    Vertemos la masa en un molde previamente engrasado (yo lo paso por mantequilla y harina) y lo llevamos al horno.
  7. Lo tendremos durante 30 minutos a 180º C.
  8. Esperamos a que temple para desmoldarlo y listo. Os sorprenderá por lo jugoso que queda y no os asustéis tiene un sabor fabuloso, con un ligero toque de canela que lo hace delicioso.
