  2. Durante la cocción del arroz: 👉freímos la lata de tomate, con sal, pimienta y si lo deseas alguna especia que le de un toque picante a la salsa de tomate. 👉Lavamos y escurrimos las lentejas. 👉Picamos las hojas de menta y pasamos a un bol pequeño mezclándolas con el yogur, reservamos.
  3. Sofreímos una cebolla bien picada con un buen chorrito de aove sal, azúcar y comino. La cebolla debe quedar bien transparente y dorada a la vez, iremos removiendo bien durante 15-20 minutos a fuego suave, que no se queme ni pegue. (En Thermomix triturar cebolla y 50 g de aove 2segundos/ V5; sofreír 20'/varoma/v1)
  4. Puedes servirlo todo en una fuente grande primero el arroz, las lentejas, la salsa de tomate y la cebolla, acompañando de la salsa de yogur y menta.
  5. Sí quieres hacer la forma piramidal ayúdate de un molde, primero arroz presionando ligeramente con una cuchara, tomate, cebolla y de nuevo arroz pej.
