- Al día siguiente formar los panellets.
- Separaremos la clara de la yema. Batiremos la clara hasta que empiece a espumar y rebozaremos las bolas de los panellets que rebocemos con almendra. Es decir, haremos la bolita, mojaremos con la clara y rebozaremos con la almendra a dados (si los hacéis con piñones no hace falta pasarlos por la clara ya que se pegan mejor sin ésta).
- Una vez acabados todos los panellets los pintaremos con la yema de huevo que habremos diluido 4 gotitas de agua.
- Hornear calor arriba y abajo 200 grados 8-10min (depende del horno) id vigilando que no se os quemen por abajo.
