- Hay que hacer una masa madre así, con 70gr de leche, 15gr de levadura fresca, una cucharadita de azúcar y 130g de harina. Esta masa madre se pone en un bol y se cubre con agua templada, cuando flote estará lista para usarla
- Ahora hay que pulverizar 120gr de azúcar, la piel de una naranja y un limón, así tendremos nuestro azúcar aromatizado
- Para el resto de la masa ponemos el azúcar aromatizado que tenemos, 80 gr de leche, 60 de mantequilla, 2 huevos medianos, un sobre de levadura seca especial para panaderías, 30 gr de agua de azahar,, 340 de harina de fuerza, una pizca de sal y la masa madre que tendremos ya lista.
- Se amasa, yo lo amaso en la Thermomix, es una maravilla amasando, pero si no tenéis os tacara amasar a mano cuesta mucho más, pero se hace
- Debemos dejar que la masa doble su volumen, y cuando esta bien subido, hay que volver a amasarla, ahora se forma el roscón, se le pincela de huevo batido y se le adorna con almendras, naranjas confitadas, como más os guste.
- Se deja hasta que crezca el doble, se mete al horno 200 grados los 5 primeros minutos y después se baja a 180 otros 15 minutos más o menos, depende de cada horno yo pongo aire arriba y abajo

- A mí me encanta confitar las naranjas, están riquísimas en el roscón
