  3. Pasados los 30' estiramos la masa sobre una hoja de papel de hornear dándole forma cuadrada como la bandeja de horno. La ponemos en la bandeja y la dejamos reposar otros 10'.
  4. Pasados los 10' ponemos los ingredientes: empezamos con la salsa de tomate, una capa de queso rallado, los pimientos, la cebolla, el atún, las anchoas, las aceitunas, el brócoli y orégano y sal. Horneamos durante 20' a 200º calor arriba y abajo.
  5. Podemos poner otra capa de queso por encima de los ingredientes.
