  6. Una vez sellado el pollo incorporamos los 400/500 ml de leche de coco y mezclamos todo por completo.
  7. Tapar la cazuela o sartén y dejar reducir unos 20 min a fuego medio (Nv.6). ¡Se puede retirar antes si se quiere más líquida o dejar un poco más para que esté más espesa! 😜
  8. Poner a hervir el arroz que más te guste con una pizca de sal y ajo en polvo. ¡Para mí el que mejor le acompaña es el arroz basmati!
