  6. Hacer una bechamel yo la hice con thermomix, añadiendo todos los ingredientes al vaso y programando 7 minutos, 90°, vel 4
  7. Echa la bechamel encima del pescado y esparce queso rallado por encima. Gratina en el horno hasta que esté dorado.
