- Ponemos el agua en el vaso junto con la levadura y la sal. Programamos 3 minutos a 37 ºC a velocidad 3.
Incorporamos la harina, la manteca y la sal. Mezclamos 5 segundos a velocidad 6 y programamos 5 minutos de amasado a velocidad espiga.
- Sin Thermomix:
- En un bol, ponemos el agua, la mitad de la harina, la levadura y la miel. Dejamos durante unos minutos hasta que veamos espuma en la superficie.
Incorporamos el resto de la harina, la manteca a temperatura ambiente y la sal.
Amasamos durante unos minutos con las manos hasta conseguir una masa homogénea. - Damos a la masa forma de bola y la dejamos que doble su volumen durante 1 hora aproximadamente.

- Pasado ese tiempo, estiramos la masa con la ayuda de un rodillo y dejamos un grosor de unos 2 cm.

- Con la ayuda de un corta pastas vamos haciendo nuestros panecillos que los iremos poniendo en una bandeja de horno.

- Ahora volvemos a dejar que doblen su volumen durante otra hora. Mientras vamos encendiendo el horno a 200ºC.

- Ya sólo queda hornearlos durante 20 minutos a 200ºC o hasta que veamos que adquieren un tono dorado en la superficie.

- Espolvoreamos azúcar glass por encima ya disfrutar. Son un bocado delicioso y altamente adictivo... En apariencia son similares a los nevaditos pero os puedo asegurar que no tienen nada que ver, son menos dulces...un bocado delicioso.
