    Añadimos la mantequilla (tiene que estar blanda) y programamos 3 minutos, temperatura 50º y velocidad 3.

    Vertemos en un molde desmoldable de 23 cm. de diámetro y lo aplastamos con ayuda del cubilete o una cuchara, para formar la base de la tarta. Reservamos en el frigorífico.
  2. Sin lavar el vaso, ponemos el turrón en trozos y los sobres de cuajada. Programamos 5 segundos, a velocidad 7.

    Añadimos la nata, la leche y la leche condensada. Programamos 12 minutos, temperatura 100º y velocidad 3.
  3. Sacamos el molde del frigorífico y vertemos esta mezcla sobre la base de galletas con mucho cuidado.

    Dejamos que enfríe un poco y guardamos en el frigorífico durante un mínimo de 6 horas (mejor si la dejamos de un día para otro).
    Espolvoreamos cacao por encima y decoramos crocanti
