    Con la thermomix batimos a intervalos de 1 minuto en velocidades 5 y 8.

    Con la batidora batiremos durante unos 5 minutos.

    Tiene que quedar una crema suave y sin grumos.

    Agregamos al final la sal y probamos.
  4. Se sirve muy frío y acompañado de almendras laminadas y alcaparras.
