En verano la hago a menudo y una de esas veces fue en una comida familiar con mis suegros y otros familiares; les encantó y me preguntaron que si tenía la receta en el blog para verla. - Cubrimos el fondo de una cazuela de 23 cm. de diámetro con aceite de oliva y lo calentamos a fuego medio. Cuando el aceite esté caliente, echamos las verduras picadas, espolvoreamos con un poco de sal y rehogamos a fuego medio durante 15-20 minutos
- Agregamos el tomate, mezclamos con la cuchara y rehogamos durante 1 minuto.
Incorporamos el caldo de pollo, bajamos un poquito el fuego y dejamos se haga durante 20 minutos aprox. o hasta que quede poquita salsa. - Añadimos los garbanzos (previamente pasados por agua y escurridos) y el jamón. Rehogamos durante 4-5 minutos, moviendo y mezclando todo con una cuchara de madera.
