- Poner las pieles en una servilleta y otra encima y aplastarlas con un rodillo para sacarles el aroma y quitarles la humedad
- Pondremos en el vaso el azúcar 20 seg, vel 10
- Añadiremos las pieles para aromatizar el azúcar 10 seg, vel 10
- Agregaremos la leche 4 min, 37º,vel 1
- Incorporaremos ahora la levadura, el huevo, el aceite y el aroma y programaremos 10 seg,vel 4
- Incorporaremos la harina 15 seg, vel 6 y después 3 min,vaso cerrado,vel espiga. (si hacemos las cantidades para 2 roscones grandes añadiremos la harina en dos veces)
- Una vez bien mezclado lo dejaremos reposar hasta que doble su volumen(aprox 1 hora, dependerá de la temperatura de la habitación), arropando la thermo con una mantita para darle calor. Cuando haya levando su volumen bajaremos la masa con ayuda de la espátula y programaremos 1 min, vaso cerrado, vel espiga
- Al sacarlo del vaso le daremos forma en caso de ser uno y sino dividiremos la masa, y lo pondremos en la bandeja de horno (habiendola forrado con papel de hornear),y la taparemos con un paño de algodon y con una mantita de nuevo para darle calor y la dejaremos de nuevo crecer (aproximadamente 1 hora)'
- Pondremos azúcar en un bol y le hecharemos un par de gotitas de agua y mezclaremos con ayuda de una cuchara para que se quede el azúcar como piedrecillas y reservaremos
- Con ayuda de un pincel y con cuidado de que no se bajen nuestros roscones los pintaremos con huevo batido
- Y por último lo decoraremos con el azúcar y lafruta escarchada (yo en este caso no le puse)
- Lo meteremos en el horno aproximadamente entre 15 y 20 min,pero tendremos que ir observándolo porque se dorara enseguida
