  8. Incorpora la harina de almendras y el caldo de cocer las verduras (OJO!!!! solo 250 gr.). Programa 5 minutos/vel.4/100º.
  9. Tritura durante 20 seg. vel 5-10 para que queda una salsa fina y suave
  10. Añade el cardo escurrido y programa 5 min/100º/vel.cuchara/giro izquierda. Si fuese necesario puedes añadir más caldo de la cocción
  11. Vierte en una fuente y espolvorea de almendras fileteadas y perejil.
